The East Coast is due to take a battering in the next couple of days by storm Babet. This will bring cold winds and rain and so it’s important to check your car is in ample condition, check your lights, tyres and ensure you keep your car topped up with fuel/oil, you don’t want to be stranded in the middle of nowhere due to running out of fuel.
Also, please remember, on wet road surfaces, your stopping distances are effected too, leave a bigger gap in-between cars.
